Reservation Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
You must provide the 16-digit card number and expiration date. All reservations are subject to verification and validation of the guarantee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation charges.
Reservations canceled after the established deadline will be subject to the applicable charge according to the terms and conditions of the selected rate.
No-Show Policy
A reservation will be considered a No-Show if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not cancel within the required cancellation period.
In such cases, a charge equivalent to one (1) night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be applied in accordance with the reservation terms.
Additional Guest Policy
An additional guest fee applies for extra occupants staying in the room. Please check the current rate at the time of booking
Children Policy
Children 11 years of age and under are considered minors. Guests 12 years of age and older will be charged the applicable adult rate.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
Overbooking Policy
If the hotel is unable to provide the reserved accommodation due to an overbooking situation, the guest will be offered accommodations at another hotel of the same or higher category.
As part of this process, the hotel will:
- Cover the cost of one night’s accommodation, including applicable taxes, at the assigned hotel.
- Provide transportation to the new hotel.
- Provide the guest with a means of communication to notify others of the change in accommodations.
